The idea
Two years into launch, once the focus of the Seek app had pivoted and the customer base had evolved, Seek wanted to reposition its brand and update its visual identity to better represent its new direction.
The work
I led the entire rebrand strategy: defined brand values, identified customer archetypes after having conducted 50+ customer interviews, performed competitive analysis, reconstructed the brand messaging and voice, and redesigned the visual identity.
